Verify that the date and time settings on your computer are correct
To verify that your computer is configured with the correct date and time settings, follow these steps- Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
- Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Date and Time.
- Click the Date & Time tab.
- Make sure that the date and time settings are configured to use the current date and time, and then click OK.
Clear the SSL state
Clear the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) state. To do this, follow these steps:- In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
- Alternatively you can Open the "Run Box" and type "inetcpl.cpl" without quotes to open Internet Options. Click on Start button and go to Run (Press and Hold windows key + press once R key)
- Click the Content tab, and then clicing Clear SSL state.
Re-register .dll files
These files are collections of routines that are stored until a program uses them. If these files are corrupt or out of date, they can cause problems with your computer. To fix this problem, re-register the .dll files.To simplify the process of re-registering the .dll files
- Open Notepad and Copy all the files mentioned below.
- Go to file and then click "Save As" select the destination as " Desktop "
- Type the file name as " register.bat " and select the " File Type " as " All Files "
- Now go to your desktop and " Right Click" the file " register.bat " and select " Run As Administrator "
- Once done refresh your computer
